@BasRijksen Of course and always. Truthfully, coming to God was a struggle at first. Trust me, a lot of tears and a lot of insults and words on my part were thrown. I was May. 20, 2020. I won't get into my testimony on here, for it is far too embarrassing. However, the morning I called out to Jesus Christ, I felt everything lift off of me. I, of course, do struggle. I struggle so much. Being a gay man, it's sexual things I think about and sometimes sacome to. Right now, my life is not what I expected. I am frustrated and angry with everything. Please pray for me.

First of all, Hebrews was written to the Jews, who were still depending on animal sacrifice and keeping of the Mosaic Law for righteousness/salvation. The particular passage of Romans you quoted was written to Gentiles who rejected Christ's Gospel. Which group do Christians fit into? Neither. Does God exercise His wrath? Yes. Are Christians under that wrath? No. This is the old "bait 'n' switch" of the man-centered church system: "come to Jesus to be given the free gift of salvation. Jesus paid it all" then it's "well, you're still a sinner so...". So, which is it? Am I freed from the power and dominion of sin by Christ's finished work on the cross -- or am I still under sin? Did Christ really mean what He said that I am now a new creation, holy, kept, sanctified, justified, spotless, blameless, clothed in His righteousness, cleansed from all sin by His Blood, walking in newness of life, filled with the Spirit and Christ's fullness, known and loved by the Father, a child of God, redeemed, no longer under condemnation, free, forgiven, walking in the Light, having the mind of Christ, a partaker of Christ's nature, made new after the image of Christ, having peace with God, no longer living after the flesh but now living after the Spirit, been set free from the law of sin and death, made to stand in the evil Day, cleansed from all unrighteousness...OR am I still a child of wrath, unholy, unfaithful, without God in this world, a blasphemer, unruly, ungodly, proud, sinful, a lover of pleasure more than a lover of God, hateful, unjust...? I choose to believe the former. Wouldn't you?
